Inspired by Morton Feldman, this piece entitled 'Static' provides a performer with numerous chords that can be put together in any form.  This creates a unique and individual flow to each performance, and captures 'musical thinking' in progress.  This is track 2 of 7. 'Chess' is a piece of music that uses a game of chess as the musical stimulus.  It is hugely improvisational, but has a set of rules to guide what is created. Gradient is a chance based piece of music which is arranged each time it is performed with dice orientated rules.  The pitch and rhythmic content of the piece is primarily composed and set, but the exact placement of the pitch and rhythmic content is controlled by the dice rules. Square is comprised of a Map of musical fragments.  Instead of performing the piece in the traditional linear fashion, performers must navigate the map as they wish. That profile picture is (unfortunately) about 6-7 years out of date... Anyway! Here you will find music created by me!  My music splits into 3 categories really... 1! Aleatoric (chance based music) - it's quite hypnotic.  2! Film music - self explanatory.  3! Minimalistic piano work - I found that I really enjoy composing in a minimalistic way using piano as the main focus.  Thanks for listening!
