Mystery Man, in reality a weird hybrid of the actual mystery man sprite and the Vessel, basically just yaps to Angel about stuff we have no idea about yet...if this was a game we were playing blind. I'm just gonna infodump here since there's no guarantee this take's getting a track 71.

Gaster, in this take, used to be the King of the Underground (even though he replaces Asriel). Well, he didn't exactly like that title...he preferred "Director" instead. Under his rule, the underground was a technocracy instead of a monarchy, where the smartest and most capable were on top in a meritocratic system. Its effects still persist; the underground is actually quite Outertale-y in aesthetic and technology due to the Doctor's brilliant inventions and scientific advancements.

Gaster did not declare war on humanity but tragic events surrounding December Holiday (Chara replacement) and another human (Kris, who takes an original role) still happen. Rather, he extensively studied the barrier to find another way to shatter it. He eventually made a breakthrough, and found a way to obtain the magical energy to make more human SOULs, that being the Barrier itself. Thus to procure said energy, he built the CORE around it, which was also to serve as the seat of government for his realm.

Although still slow and rather inefficient, requiring a highly advanced and convoluted process for the energy to be properly procured, the CORE was nonetheless able to serve Dr. Gaster's needs. It extracted the magical energy needed to form six human souls over the course of many years, which he placed within the Vessels, their only purpose being to break the barrier and free monsterkind. In the meantime before the final soul was made, Gaster began writing a back-up plan in the form of "Entry #17" at the advice of his colleagues, in case he died, to pass on the knowledge of creating a SOUL to his fellow scientists. Unfortunately, before "Entry 17" and the seventh soul could be made, Gaster fell into the CORE and was scattered across time and space, leading to Gaster's council of scientists (you'll see more of them soon) electing Papyrus into power. And thus no one has been able to keep the machine running (atleast properly; there were multiple attempts to make the final soul using the entry which ended in disaster to put it politely), and create the final soul...until now. And even if they were, it would take too long...and thus many in the Underground have begun to take matters into their own hands.

Gaster, with Angel's entrance into the Underground, has managed to claw his way back to reality, assuming a form alike to the very Vessels he made. And now, he will save monsterkind, just as he was destined to do...one way or another. And why wait when there's someone with a human soul right in front of you?

On another note this STILL uses Hopeless' Gaster speech quirk lmao

The Scarlet prince, hateful yet fair, looms over this wasteland, on a throne carved from the remains of Armageddon that dwarves the constructs of humanity. What is left of mankind is rubble, dust, and blood, and one mere ant who will face their judgment when the time comes... 

Asriel Dreemurr, scarlet prince, awaits the last child, for they will be bathed in darkness and endure the pain they rightfully deserve.

Behind the walls at the center of the drowsing world, The Scarlet Prince sits on a thrown of dust & blood, speaking in ancient tongues of a black lamb who began a perpetual cycle of agony, who they will torment until the hour of rebirth.  

held by his upper left hand, he wields the Abhartach, a candle sharper than any blade, shining no light but festering darkness, held upside down to signify the fate of those who refuse his offer. With two of his arms, he wields the Fornax, the dead star held by the chains of fate... with the remaining arm, he shall hold a feast, such a wonderful feast, and drink from the skull of the black sheep, as his hatred will be quenched at the final hour of agony.

Praise be to Asriel Dreemurr, the scarlet prince of a trinity of the seventh, brother to all of monsterkind, savior of the dying world.

The AU associated with this soundtrack is a retake on DUSTDUST, however, it has a story unique to itself and follows a much different path associated with the game's intended antagonist. Split between two distinct ACTs, Dreemurr's Dogma is a story of a broken cycle and the wrath of a vengeful monster prince, who is reborn to reenact an old scheme and put an end to a cycle brought about by one loathsome person.

This AU is mainly inspired by darker games, ACT II being based on the Soulsborne games such as Dark Souls 3, with a storyline that portrays the cost of avoiding the consequences of one's wrong-doing with history repeating itself once more.
