For the 15th edition of re:flect radar, we present a 47 track mix by layering wizard @jangoertz

Jan Goertz's creative work is largely driven by the desire to test and redefine his limits in competition with technology. This is one of the reasons why he is known for his 4-deck mixes containing a multitude of tracks. First two and then three players simply became too boring for him. The motivation to DJ, however, also comes from the calmness that is triggered in his otherwise very bustling head during the process. And of course the fun!
His goal in djing is the creation of an "endless groove". By breaking up track structures, Jan wants to form a mix as a "unity from its individual parts, instead of just stringing songs together". He prefers to play with four players. "Vinyl is cool but more for house and smoother techno :D".
Primarily, Jan draws inspiration from the club context - both as a guest and as an artist. For him, techno is first and foremost "functional and works for and in a club. That's what this music is made for."
Key moments for the DJ, who has been active since 2013, were his 10.5-hour set at Geheimclub Magdeburg and the sprawling back to backs with Rod_a and Morgenstern. 
His role models are DVS1, Ben Klock and ROD.
A young and up-and-coming artist that he thinks we should definitely keep an eye on is @morgenstern_sb

My next guest on Yax Invites is Tsukuyomi, a 19 year old DJ/Producer from Tbilisi, Georgia.

Tsukuyomi first began collecting releases from age 16 and soon after he started mixing hypnotic, timeless and mind bending techno, with strong inspirations coming from Yanamaste, a well known artist from Tbilisi. 

In 2022 Tsukuyomi aims to create some unique sounds and produce his own EP.

Orphic resident Thoms Traxx is totally in control of the next 75 minutes for Artaphine Series. One of the collectives of the Amsterdam underground that is slowly moving out the illegal rave scene while staying true to their core, this resident displays the more deeper side of the groovy domain. Next to the DJ work, he's also part of the Minimal Collective, that tries to blend the boundaries of music, visual and physical artistic styles. The dedication reflects the selection, so tune in.

Tailor of a sound inherently rough and fast-paced, Tel-Aviv born/Berlin-based operator Kashpitzky has graced the likes of some quality structures including Shlomi Aber’s Be As One, MindTrip and Olympian. Popping by the RYC series with a strong two hours of his powerhouse blends, fusing that of the industrial’s steely side with hints of squelchy, 303-brewed bass onslaughts and Birmingham style uppercuts slashing in. Expect a whirlwind of rogue snares, martial kick drums gone astray and further complex, cross-genre interplays avalanching down the basement with absolute rage and fury.
