the first release on amsterdam based techno label re_tone is titled tales of luxor. not only does it mark the launch of a new label, but also the return of nicolas herz. after a long break and a journey into sounddesign, mixing and mastering, he is finally back with this release. relatively untypical for him, this time he has chosen to go the high quality, slightly deeper techno direction with a nice and stunnigly uncompromised melody, which, although club fitting, will stand way out of the rest of this releases.
