Ready Making #1 - Errant Sound Berlin, 2019
Listening space & interactive installation by Janine Eisenächer & Steffi Weismann. The audience is invited to make things sound by touching them in specific ways. 11 stations with objects were presented together with short recipes (text scores).
Here you listen to the result of a solo with two sponges on a wooden exhibition plinth. Instruction: Slowly pull or push one or more sponges over the surface of the plinth. Change the pressure so that the plinth squeaks or groans.

Here you listen to a solo with two dustpans . Instruction: Kneel or squat in front of a pile of wrapping chips. Use the dustpans to drive into the pile from below and scoop the chips sweepingly towards the corner so that they fly through the air. Think of a pebblebeach.
