Played a special up close and intimate session at Poland’s Philharmonic Hall. Due to the venue being a government building just a handful of people were allowed to attend. Recorded in August 2024 & filmed for Arte Concert

Bissmire began his career as a DJ in the late 1980s, playing at underground clubs and raves across the UK. In the 1990s, he formed the techno group Bandulu with John O’Connell and Lucien Tomphson, releasing several acclaimed albums and singles on their own imprint, Infonet Records.

In addition to his work with Bandulu, Bissmire has released numerous solo albums and singles under his own name, as well as under the pseudonyms Space DJz, Beatjackerz, Jacknation, Dj Escobar and the Thunderground. His music has been featured on top techno labels such as NovaMute, Foundation records, 50Hz,CLR, Consumer recreation and many more. Jamie has collaborated with artists such as Chris McCormack, Dj Bam Bam, Paul Langley, Alxe Peace and long time friend Ben Long.

Bissmire is also the founder of the techno label Ground Records, Foundation Records, 50Hz and Infonet Elelectronic Recordings. Jamie continues to perform as a DJ, playing at clubs and festivals around the world and bringing his unique blend of techno and electronic music to audiences everywhere.

After some small hiccups, we're back up and running with our podcast series. For 042 we turn to Norway for talented producer MRD. Over the years he has released great music through his own bandcamp channel, resulting in some attention by various labels. He has contributed to a V/A on Ismus and more recently, he released his first solo EP on A R T S. For our podcast series, he delivered 45 minutes of live bangers, made with his modular synth setup.

French artist based in Paris, Godest is drawing inspiration from the rave scene in the West of France where he’s from. In his vinyl sets, decades and their texture are meeting together to offer an ever more visceral experience of the dancefloor.
