Thank you for tuning in as always and a blessed brand new New Year to you no matter what time of year you are tuning into this episode, whether it's past 2022 that's for sure, or rather it be days, minutes, or even years! The topic of discussion that we will dive into right now, is #Bare Minimums!

Are you, and are we giving our bare minimums to the things of necessity, that we should be giving our fullest potential, energy, and attention to..? When is the time going to come that we are no longer receiving bare minimums from others in our lives or Circles because we also choose to rise above being the ones to accept the bare minimums and possibly giving out the bare minimums to the situations or relationships that require more..?

It doesn't take for a new year to come along to be fed up with the things that we know should have been put to rest a long time ago and nor does it take any worn-out conversation to realize some of the depths of where we're not reaching from within ourselves. There always comes a serious point in our lives where we just have to stand up and be firm in what we believe in and accept, when it comes down to what we're willing to accept and the things that we are holding against our own thresholds. Are we a walking contradiction of the many aspects of what we claim not to be then..? And if we are accepting the bare minimums, how many times have we recognized it, and are we even searching for the momentum to escape the rise above era, when it comes down to these types of situationships, etc... It's more than just clicking on a video and trying to get a relationship perspective, it comes down to if we're really ready for the change we must Elevate ourselves to the completion of what that is and STOP giving the bare minimum of that, rather it is in the receiving or the giving of it.

Honestly, in the understanding of universal retrospect, we choose to receive what we believe that we are, so that can also mean that we accept bare minimums not because we're just nice people or we didn't see the situation repeatedly happening throughout our lifetime, it's because we do see ourselves as deserving of the bare minimums because we don't see ourselves as the ultimate package or should be receiving of this very ultimate package. Although, there comes a time and a place for everything that all things are renewed and restored fully. So, we just have to embrace our worth and worthiness.

Now is the time and Right Now, has always been the time to make it happen! Let's say No to #Bare Minimums for good.
As well as, let's make every year the greatest year ever, to go further than Beyond! We love you #RDDC familianz!

Truly, will there ever be a time that we feel free enough 
to arise into who we are in this life or is it seemingly impossible for us to be able to do the things in which we know we were created to be..? Constantly we place the very limitations that we set our inner visions towards, on the pictures that we create within our own minds and imagination, which can only come alive once we give birth to it to be so.  

Just like every novel written, every movie filmed, that go beyond realities, that only one person could ever see before they birthed it. And yet we line up at the box office to get tickets or set up a price online to grab the first copy of their T-Saga's brought into our reality... Although, it almost seems like, we will not invest within ourselves, the dreams that wish to be born into the world as well. 

So then, When will the time that we step into the Greatness of our own reality..? 
The beauty of Limitless Imagination is given to us upon arrival here and all the beautiful fruits that lie within us...Every moment, we should All be creating our own Twi-Saga's!  We love you #RDDC familianz!

Because so often we seem to forget the very aspects and elements of this journey, when we are so distracted and bombarded by the next big-ticket or shiny object syndrome of being someone else, envying others, or trying to mimic another... Rather than #What We have been Called to Be. So have we been silently still enough within our minds to actually understand the thought-forms, patterns, and or behaviors of what we are and who we are, and also what we are called to be from the Great Spirit of All things..? That would ultimately bring us to our highest understanding of the self in itself...
 
The very medicine of those sacred findings can help us from depression, mental stagnation, sadness, and all the forms of health problems that we'll see from every aspect of our mentality, emotional, and especially Spiritual... 
Unfortunately, these things that we have become very blind to address from the fears of unknowns because we choose not to expand our minds, especially in this day in age. So I ask this question again to all of us, which that is, are we really seeking #What We're Called To Be..? Yes dear hearts, ponder it and embrace it.

It’s easy for us to have many different identities that coincide or contradict what we say our beliefs
are. For example, we could say that we believe we are created in the image of God, yet we don’t
respect ourselves to even set up boundaries to not allow others to walk over us.
On so many levels were we taught that we are made as Kingdom Citizens and that we are a
reflection of God, so when we are taught to look at ourselves a certain type of way, what does that
mean for the image? If we say we are reflections of God, and we don’t show the mannerisms of
respect towards the Kingdom of Heaven, how can we say that we respect ourselves?

purgatory/hell, but we know that those whose body has faded away, are in a state of sleep until 
the appointed time.

our flesh must comply with or that are the foundations of Life as we know it. One of those is

adversaries sure as heck cannot. 
He made it an even playing field to do so, yet one that aligns with it is “What’s done in the 
dark, will come to the light”. Everything will be exposed, which is why so many “gods” are 
now obsolete and left in the past with history, but the adversaries are crafty and have tactics 
to continue using playing fields that are not specifically in the Word of God, therefore they 
show what they are doing in minute ways to keep those tactics alive, one being the 
subliminals in movies and music. This is what we’ll be bringing into the light today and 
showing how even the adversary can keep using deceitful tactics through

For some, it has turned out to be for the better and for many out there, it has turned into a nightmare on a more grander scale, not just by the economy, jobs, Healthcare systems and or the prejudices and the racisms more Amplified, although these are major factors as well that are very important! But by the seemingly continuous cycle of the abuses and the terrors that we've silently lived because we never broadcasted them outward to others.

Rather it be from a spouse that cannot seem to keep their hands to themselves when they get upset or the bills staggering and not knowing what to do with our children going to school and our bodies getting sick, it seems as though we still take the excuse upon ourselves to say "#But We Love Them"!  How much and how many days can we be open and accepting to the harm that creates our emotional state or make excuses for the emotional state of others because we choose to continue to accept the harm. So many of us have lost loved ones and have also contemplated the worst possible scenarios, instead of seeking out the brighter side of life and or the help that is always made available if we'd just break free! 

The one thing we must do in order to create this change, is be willing to embrace the change that is awaiting to be unfolded. We always have a choice and there is always a choice that has been created for every problem and solution that we have and it is up to us to know that we can make and take that choice anytime we allow ourselves to and unto others. Our incredible guest expert, "Michelle Jewsbury" Founder/CEO of #UnsilencedVoices, is here to help us break those chains from a different perspective and also help us to understand that in order to "love them", we definitely need to LOVE, ourselves.

#BUT WE LOVE THEM! Ft. Michelle Jewsbury

Welcome back to the, The Real Double Dose Channel- aka S&M ELEVATION & #RDDC! Hello Familianz & New Coming Friends! We hope and pray that all is being, doing an going well with you all, considering our Global circumstances!

Thank you all for joining with us! Welcome to another amazing episode, growing within even more expansion! 


We are back to these Open Fields of loveliness! I need to just put out there, that when you see the beginning, you will ultimately understand the end and that is always going to be "#Do It Scared"!

Some of you may see that statement and say... what do you mean by that Lex? Well, I will tell you my dear familianz and friends, exactly that.

Through this life, we have to do so many things where we pump ourselves up just to have the adrenaline of saying that we're doing something it seems and through those times we also make meticulous errors and or complications to come along purposely because we are too scared to face those things no matter what playing field they're on ohhhh, yes. I know all too well about this! But what happens when we do the things that scare us the most? Rather from leaving a bad relationship or abusive situation, to being able to finish the certification we wanted or launching different projects we always had in store, possibly starting a new life abroad or taking a chance on planting a new Garden or anything that Sparks our hearts imagination of endless possibilities. What if all that, would come into full bloom once we do actually, do it scared? Here we have our beautiful spirited and wonderful guest expert, "Zee Najarian" but I like to call her "Dr. Zee'! :) Who's going to be taking us on this journey to go into the depths of our hold backs because sometimes we just have to cut it short and get straight to the nuts and bolts of things.

I have learned personally and from waiting around and waiting for that moment, where I'm not terrified or scared to make those moves happen, to cut people out of my life or circumstances that no longer suit me or the path that I now walk upon, or just simply being to the point of where I'm always waiting for the perfect moment and we seemingly wait for this mysterious perfect moment that never comes and then we're too scared to realize we should have done it scared, in order to be where we know we should have been already. Although please just remember everyone, it is never too late and the only way to move that forward and understand why we need to do it scared and do it now, is exactly what we're talking about! So please enjoy and take as much knowledge, wisdom in  love as you can from this episode with all your hearts and souls.
