“K’STREET KROWN” is a contemporary artist native to Washington DC with ties to Midwestern hubs like Detroit, Michigan and Cincinnati, Ohio. K’STREET KROWN derives his name from the Historical K Street in Washington DC, known as the center of the United States’ Political Circus, being home to many lobbyists who’s main role are to influence politicians’ decisions. 

Similarly, “K’STREET KROWN” plans to influence the culture through his vivid story-telling and smooth,  melodic tracks . 

The name “K’STREET” represents home. As a child, I created many fond memories on K Street in DC at my late grandmother’s home. Besides, K Street will always be connected to the inception of my entrepreneurial journey, as it was right there where I had my first office. K is the initial of my first name and STREET represents my place of origin.. so what does “KROWN” mean? Simply put, I’m the King of this shit. Wherever I go, I’ll carry the legacy of those I love, represent those who come from where I come from and lead those who will look to me as a model of inspiration…

With that being said…

It is only fitting that my debut release is a track titled “Day Onez”; an ode to those who have been there through thick and thin and are willing to ride whenever the time calls.
