Everyone knows that it takes 2 people to build a bond of Love. A happy home for Love filled with care, trust and truth. It takes time and patience to create Love with someone. Love is like a brand new house. Built to perfection from the floors to the ceilings down to the household appliances. Everything needs care. But when the Love starts to falter and break down it become weak and dry. The wall paint starts to crack the minute they argue. The floor begin to pile with dust from each others carelessness. The household appliances begin to break from the anger and frustration from one another. The windows no longer have the strong support to hold itself up due to the lack of trust and support for one another. Everything begins to fall apart the minute you don't believe in each other or lose the trust you had for one another. All you have left is a broken home with 2 individuals inside with the tools to rebuild....only problems is...they built it together but the love for each other slowly faded with every argument! How can u rebuild if their is no trust...no truth....no honesty....BE TRUE TO YOUR LOVE FOR IT IS THE FOUNDATION TO BUILD A HAPPY HOME!!!!

His name is Carlos Cruz but most people call him Charlie, Cane or Los. He was born and raised in Washington heights & Dyckman all his life to Dominican parents with 2 brothers and 2 sisters. He has been a hip-hop head since the late 80’s and early 90’s. He grew up listening to a lot of great hip-hop artist such as Nas, Jay-Z, De La Soul, Common, Black Star (Mos Def & Talib Kweli), Dr. Dre, Souls of Mischiefs, Boot Camp Click, Heltah Skeltah, Smiff-n-Wesson, KRS-One, Rakim, Kool G Rap, Big L and the list goes on and on..

He started recording music at his friend JL’s home studio in the Bronx. His friend JL had the setup in the living room and the recording booth was in the closet. It wasn’t the best space but he was a brilliant engineer and made a lot of good music. 


He started performing in different showcases and venues all around New York City. With places like The Bowery Poetry Club, Mojitos, Snitch, Sugar Bar, Nuyorican Café, And Many others to name a few.
