This is the one song I definitely knew was going to be the closer for my EP. Every time I listen to it, it puts me in this really weird mood that makes me feel almost as if nothing else in the world exists but me and the music. I also named it Sleep Paralysis because I experienced it once, which was so frightening and this song just reminds me of the feeling of helplessness I felt that morning when I woke up.

I went through some really tough stuff during second semester of my Junior year of high school and I coped with it all by listening to music and in that time I got really into Tame Impala and Mac Demarco. I was very interested in how Kevin Parker and Mac Daddy wrote all their songs and did it all alone basically. It was then I realized I really wanted to be like them and write music and make people feel all types of different emotions while listening to their music. Instead of doing my homework and studying like everyone else was I put that all aside and started writing to not stress myself out even more and well these are just some of the songs that came out. I'm not a good singer or anywhere near to what Kevin Parker or Mac Daddy writes but hey, they're called demos for a reason!
