He has been recently touring the world with Deltron 3030 and ever since his incredible set at the legendary Stealth night in the 90's, every show is well worth watching.

Seeing that I just completed the Slimkid3 & Nu-Mark collaboration, I thought it was appropriate to assemble a mix that highlights both Jurassic 5 and Pharcyde at their best. I dug deep in the vaults and uncovered some never before heard multi tracks, unreleased songs and acapellas from old tapes that needed to see the light of day. This is how I’d like to see all 8 MCs from both groups trade the mic. Enjoy!

It all started with the song "Storm" featuring Edan and Mr Lif on my debut Warner Bros LP The Audiences Listening. The song I sampled was by a french group called Vox Populi. I contacted them and their associates Pacific 231 to hear more material from the same time period. Heres what they gave me. Here is a sneak peak. It will be released officially this winter. As a producer, DJ and record collector I cant help myself when it comes to picking up samples used by some of the great producers. This mix features many of those moments. Apart from a few sneaky edits the tunes are as they appear on the original wax. This mix series (1 of 3) is also dedicated to one of my musical inspirations The Left Rev Eugene McDaniel's who passed away 29th July 2011.
