Practice/Improvisation I recorded today since I want to get something out there but I'm too stressed out & burnt out to do anything major.

This time I took with me my double pedal cause why not. Next time I guess I should record with video? I don't know... I'm tired right now...

This song was originally made back in 2023, back when I was working on an experimental album, which I'm unsure of will ever see the light of day since I keep changing the writing from time to time but I think some bright day in the future it will get a chance, and back then I was quite proud of the song. Now in current year I had the opportunity to revisit this song again since one of my final assignments for music production was to make a music video of an original song. However I realized that it was really bad, so I wanted to remake it. For the remake I wanted the song to have a proper sax, not just one I stole from a YouTube video (sorry Stot Juru). However that plan didn't go through since the guy I asked to play it just didn't do shit. Additionally I didn't have enough time to properly record drums with a good enough set up so in the end the audio would peak so much that the drums got distorted, and of course I was mad about that but again, I didn't have much time to rerecord, so I just had to deal with it and finish the project. If the song feels like it's missing something then yeah you are right, I wanted to add piano to the song and the 2023 version did in fact also have a piano but of course this guy named Steven just can't play piano that well and... again, I am repeating myself a lot at this point, I didn't have the time.

If I do decide to finish this album I will of course take the proper time and effort to make this and all of the other songs in said album be of better recording quality than what these drums were.
