Why can’t I catch feelings we’ve been talking for 3 months someone help me it’s ruining us

My ex told my I was only a side peice and she was just desperate and she cheated on my the whole time we dated while lying to my face about saying I saved her from depression.

Yea bro how you got into my head gonna blow my head off someday maybe I’ll be happy one day but not today and not tommor I’m just that friend and will always be that friend always fake promise my problems are only mine I’ve only opened up once and that one time was enough proof to never open up again I just feel so cringe typing this I feel strange sharing my thoughts is weird to me because I was never told in good enough and I’ll always live by I am not good enough don’t give me fake confidence and don’t give me fake hope I will always be like this and I’ll never change I like the way I am because I’m almost at peace with this is how normal feels

People say I should talk about my feelings and my thoughts. . . .but what is there to talk about when they're the ones causeing it?..................I hate everything about me. . . . .I'll never be good enough for anyone.
