I have always liked Belgian tunes from back in the late 80s and early 90s. They were quite minimal but very distinctive. American DJ Joey Beltram went to Belgium in 1989 and spent some time there, influencing him to create tracks like Vamp and Energy Flash. Labels like Music Man and R&S were pushing this sound.

I used a classic Belgian sounding sample on this one but tried to create something more laid back and uplifting for the summer vibes ahead.
