For our 45th episode, we are very excited to have a talented artist from Iran with us. 

M.H PROJECT has been a one-man ambassador of remixing different genres and styles to create a revolutionary new concept. Electronic, Deep and Progressive House genres have been combined in the most original of ways.

The idea evolved from simple computer-based amateur technology to a new iconic style which brings together and combines great styles of music to reflect pure passion and craftsmanship. The fusion of different styles of music creates an epic, original and intense structure which portrays how the future stands for music producers. The ultimate chance to show people my music is much appreciated as I have listened and interpreted music from many leading artists and mainstream singers, as well as famous classics. The opportunity to express myself and allow others to listen, enjoy and understand my music should not be undermined and I work to create dynamic music which reflects the past, present and upcoming future. I hope to be able to influence people and give an insight into how much this means to me.
From 2008 till 2014 Mohamad continued his music career known as Rebeat in Tehran and released a few successful tracks like If You Go Away (feat. Shirley Bassey).

Anfang 2020 zog ein Sturm übers Land.
Kein Tornado, kein Hurrikan, sondern das Virus COVID-19 genannt.
Chaos und Angst machten sich weltweit breit,
fehlende Schutzausrüstung entfachte international Streit.

Regierungen handelten ohne Sinn und Verstand,
war eine Bedrohung solchen Ausmaßes doch bisher unbekannt.
Ein globaler Shutdown war die Folge und die einzige Option,
hohe Sterberaten zu vermeiden durch soziale Isolation.

Durch die Abschottung rund um den Globus,
besannen wir uns wieder auf alte Werte.
Hilfsbereitschaft und Menschlichkeit rückten zunehmend in den Fokus,
obwohl die Vereinzelung diese Anstrengungen enorm erschwerte.

Wir halfen einander, standen füreinander ein,
wir wollten nie wieder ohne Familie und ohne Freunde sein.
Bei all dem Schmerz, bei all dem Leid,
machte sich eine große Erkenntnis breit.
Manchmal braucht es Extreme um zu verstehen,
dass Familie, Freund und Gesundheit über ALLEM stehen.

Our 'Good Morning from ...' Guest Mix series will explore different artists from all around the world as they take us on a journey with their distinct and unique sounds that they'll showcase to represent their taste, surroundings and upbringing.

Not for the first time, are we visiting the shores of the United States, and this time we're in the heart of New York State, in one of the most eye-catching and colourful boroughs around. 

After releasing beautiful music on the likes of @dreamcultureofficial @cenoterecords and @secretjamsrecords we're pleased to welcome Saqib, who tells us story from this noisy neighbourhood. Born and raised in Iran, Rebeat fell deeply in love with music from an early age; constantly digging and diving into all types of music with the desire to share his wealth of musical knowledge with others. After learning how to mix in 2006, 2010 officially marked the start of his career as a DJ under the alias “Rebeat”. Around this time, he also began his journey as a producer through remixing tracks with a foundation of old classics and nostalgia. His breakthrough remix of Shirely Bassey’s famous song, “If You Go Away”, was signed on Dj Claude Challe’s Buddah Bar, with support from some well renowned artists like DJ Tiesto. “If You Go Away” featured an animated music video, which won 10 international awards. 

Flash forward to present day in 2021, Rebeat’s  “Butterfly Mind” EP was recently released on Dubfire’s Sci + Tec label with acknowledgement and support by globally respected artists such as Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Guy Gerber, Elif, Lancaster and more. Rebeat’s origins from Iran, a country in which no clubs or parties exist due to brutal oppression, made pushing his inspiration and music out there no easy task. Despite these restrictive circumstances, Rebeat has managed to stay motivated and consistent throughout the years, producing music and mixes which are enjoyed by artists and listeners throughout the globe.
