This was written for a friend who suffers with depression. Sometimes it feels hopeless, but the truth is that there is always hope. I wanted her to have something to turn to when she was in a dark place that would remind her of some of that hope.

For Ava

I'm a music loving wife and mum of three. I don't get a much time to play and write songs these days, let alone record them properly, but am enjoying and making the most of the precious stage of life that I'm in right now. 

Some of these recordings are very rough and are often done when either the kids are in bed so I can't sing at full pelt or while they're around, so you may hear them in the background, adding in a few musical ideas of their own or me trying to get them to be quiet, but the idea is to get the sounds and ideas down so I don't forget them!
