Recorded on the Eve of the Last Full Moon of 2019 in Gemini on the beach in Ventura, CA. 

A slowly developing but deeply healing practice to release stress and tension. To allow the waves of sound to wash over you, gently softening and opening pathways to relax. Defrag. Defray. smooth and calm. Find the middle ground.

I suggest laying flat on the back, and covering your eyes with a soft cloth. I love to involve my crystals by putting them on my forehead, my heart, my belly, or in the hands. Plug in some headphones, or place the speaker near your head. Take some deeeeeeeep cleansing breaths (long in through the nose and sigh out through the mouth) and let the tones soothe whatever it is that's frayed. You can also listen sitting up, but allow yourself to relax and absorb.
