Five years after the illustrious Paranormal Soul LP, techno derelict Danny Wolfers aka Legowelt returns on Clone with “Legendary Freaks In The Trash Of Time”. A vivid collection of twelve genre-defying tracks: from late-night hermit house to Memphis rap influenced slowjam electro, from Amiga 1200 technorave to cosmic spaceweed trance, including the whole universe in between. All blended together in a mix of  subdued sensuality and psychedelic splendour, this album is flavoured with Legowelt’s typical crunchy LO-FI sampler and synthesizer aesthetic. Wolfers’ own hand-drawn sleeve artwork illustrates the album’s mood without the need for much further promotional blurb… colourful stories embodying societal malaise and its dwellers - yet with a dash of aspiration. Music for misfits, witches, dreamers, cyberpunks, outsiders, geeks, and freaks. Legowelt’s people.

Unreleased goodness from the master Derek Carr, opening the show with the atmospherics! Tommy Drugov and his 'Summer Track' alongside Henkeman who both bring some well needed sunshine vibes to the proceedings.  Brand new music from Stephen Lopkin and first time plays on the show from Hoe Down man dem Vexation who really takes it up a notch with his release on Black Lodge. Big shouts to the Endless Illusion guys for sending their new one by Daniel Araya, a great machine work out if ever i heard one, All in all an action packed show!

@john-beltran 'The Returning Dance' @detunedrecords is beautiful in its austerity; it is a finely-crafted track full of jazzy and soulful touches. Similar to Mr finger aka Larry Heard’s all-time hit 'Can You Feel It' in its instrumentation, Beltran unfolds a straight out bouncy Juno bass line, low synth thrums and drum flurries that introduce an undulating sense of warmth and coziness.
