HAYDO is a house and techno dj from Co. Kildare. His style is very fast and energetic sets taking influence from the early 90s Rave scene.
In this mix he has taken his style and fused it with some more modern chart edits mixed with heavy techno for a fast, heavy hitting mix from start to finish.
Despite only doing just over a year and a half now, HAYDO has already been making a name for himself in the nightclub scene, Headlining some successful gigs in his hometown as well as supporting dj’s such as Mistrix and Mark Blair.

Today we premiere the brand new track entitled ‘Elation’ from Dublin based producers XXXX In Stereo and Sjush, as the pair come together for the debut release on their brand new collective and label, HRLA.

Ireland continues to produce some of the strongest dance music artists year on year, and this collaboration shows just that as two young producers join forces to bring some killer tunes to the table. For anyone looking for new music to enjoy this summer, this collaboration between XXXX In Stereo and Sjush off the back of their HRLA label launch is a great place to start.

With echoes of FJAAK and KETTAMA from the production, both young producers combine to blur the lines between modern and 90s rave techno with visceral, unforgiving drums on top of synth stabs and sampled vocals guaranteed to hit hard and heavy.

The track marks the first collaboration between XXXX In Stereo and Sjush ahead of their upcoming solo and collaborative EPs this year with the launch of HRLA, a label which is set to host a multitude of releases, alongside a guest mix series and future events.

Shannen is a young up and coming DJ from Bray. Co. wicklow. The 19 year old has shown her great passion for techno since she started DJing in January 2019. Shannen always enjoyed electronic music from a young age, but only made herself familiar to the music scene in 2017. 

Shannen got into DJing when she saw Johnathan Kiely aka Kaily was doing DJ lessons. After completing this program, Shannen had her first gig in march 2019. She then progressed on to get more gigs throughout the summer. 

Shannen is currently doing the DJ techniques and music production course in BIFE to further her music journey. she is learning from the likes of Doug Cooney, Sunil Sharpe, and Defekt. Shannen has supported artists such as Holly Lester, lag, Introversion Inhalt Der Nacht and Parallx.

While relatively new to the Irish techno scene, making her debut in March of 2019, Shannen has progressed rapidly in Dublin, supporting international techno DJs such as Lag, Introversion, Inhalt Der Nacht and Parallx, plus the many local techno lineups around the city.

This week’s s guest mix comes from Irish DJ Shannen Blessing . The 20 year old Bray native has already supported hard hitting techno powerhouses such as Lag, Introversion, Inhalt Der Nacht and Parallx since her first gig in March 2019.

Her hour long mix features some heavy hitting techno with a hyptonic flow, a true homage to the origins of the art whilst keeping up her unique underground sound.
