REBIRTH

Rebirth: noun. To be reborn, the process of being born again, renewal, revival.
Music has definitely been reborn where new band Rebirth is concerned. It's taken on new life with the unbridled talents of intelligent, confident, lively young musicians Audrina Cadence and Tiras R'eu.

These university students who make up Rebirth, currently the resident band at Ebenezer Foundation, are original and genuine, brimming with potential. They've worked tirelessly over recent years to refine their unique sound. Rebirth is forever a work in progress, always aiming higher, dreaming bigger, restless, motivated.

Tiras and Audrina, 20 and 19 respectively, belong to a generation accused of having no sense of purpose, no cause, no direction, nothing to say.
But Rebirth has proven that they do have purpose and a voice. They're using a language that transcends age, nationality and time - music! Theirs' is music with a message.

Rebirth will have you tightly within their musical grasp from their very first note.
Eclectic, their music possesses a charm all its own, a rare combination of youthfulness, wisdom and maturity. A zest for life oozes melodically from their tracks - edgy, moving, soulful, fun - it's all there.
You get a sense that there's a world of endless possibilities for this duo and it's true.

Passionate and committed to the love of God, music, South Africa and people, both Tiras and Audrina completely geek out on writing, composing and performing their own music. 
Listening to them, brings a realization of just how deep their inspiration flows as they incorporate a host of musical genres from Gospel and Hip-Hop to House, Jazz, Afro Jazz and Contemporary into their sound.
This combined with Tiras' mad skills on keys and songbird Audrina's most valuable instrument, her voice, results in a revolutionary sound that will leave you pining for more long after the last beat on their track has been heard.
