For this months episode @cheapfastworldwide invites the france born and berlin based producer @admo. For his releases on labels like @ordinateuf or @hawsmusic he is combining genres such as funk, breakbeat, minimal and tech-house to a beautiful arrangement for the club speakers. These days he is spreading his music as a live set throughout europes dancefloors. Let's see what he got in his record bag for us.

DJ couple Nika & Martin, have been digging dope records together for the best part of 15 years, so it was a real pleasure to have them share a special soft spot theme - focusing on music that represents key moments of their relationship over the years. The records are killer and the stories make ya heart warm - what's not to like! 

I keep things very downtempo and experimental for the first 45 with a selection of slow jams from all around the globe.

Comms have picked up new broadcasts from the Hotbox mothership. First scans show signs of a fresh Hot Series mix courtesy of none other than Sips (@djsips. Surrounded by his close-knit group of friends, Sips gained trust in his own music taste and is not afraid to let his flow drift into playing whatever he feels like playing. 

Sips is not holding back for this one, cooking us up some expertly selected groovers one by one for the next hour or so embedding his happy-go-lucky attitude in his selection. Born and raised in Milan, he comes from a family that has influenced him with a multitude of different genres, from jazz to rock to experimental music. From a young age, he began to follow the electronic music scene around Europe and the world, trying to define the sounds that strike him the most. Digging into the underground roots of this genre, he found himself in an infinite whirlwind of changes, as music is never static but always constantly evolving.
His music is a quest for the perfect fusion of minimal melodies, electro, and breakbeat: his unique ability to blend old-school classics with contemporary beats creates a nostalgic yet new atmosphere.

Reber is a talented artist from Lausanne, delivering a groovy and uniquely captivating sound. His music blends rhythm, warmth, and originality an irresistible vibe that sets him apart. Here are a few words he said about how this track was created and what he felt.
Over the past few years my daughter has been living with me more and more, and like any parent knows your kid's music taste ends up rubbing off on you. When "Happier Than Ever" dropped in 2021, we had it playing every morning at breakfast for weeks. Each time "Not My Responsibility" came on, there was something about that moody, gloomy vibe (and the meaning behind the lyrics) that always stuck with me.

I'd told myself I'd try to tap into that atmosphere one day... then life happened, and I forgot about it. Until this summer, when the idea resurfaced out of nowhere and I finally sat down to explore that world. This track is the result.
