This is my entry for the Twelve Foot Ninja Latin Percussion Challenge. I based the song off Edgar Allan Poe's, "The Tell-Tale Heart"

Am I a mad man? Me? A mad man? Can’t a man be ill without losing his mind? I hear them coming. Why won’t it stop? They’re coming for me.

I can’t explain the evil eye, like a vulture on the hunt it brought me to the room where you die. A place I never thought I’d go and there was no turning back in an instance to react your world has turned

If I was mad how could I plan. I planned for a week in advance for you to die by my beating hands. How was it your eyes turned me hot too cold. Peeked through your door at midnight watched the old man sleeping with his soul

Every morning you awake I would say how did you sleep you never thought it could be me who would slip into your room at night anxiously wanting to crush that vultures eye  

Im going to kill you and you have no idea Ive been standing quiet for an hour smelling your sweat transpire due to fear

The eye awakes and starts to fly its time to die

By my hands he dies the eye is closed for good
Suffocation stopped his heart from beating

I didn’t spill a drop of blood when I cut him up and hid him under the rug yeah I was set in my way but couldn’t stop hearing his beating heart for days 	

My head is aching feel like breaking will this ever stop
The beatings getting louder my ears a bleeding out now

Am I Mad? No.
Yes, you are.
