Vor sechs Jahren wurde „Stupid Guy“ mit einem Remix von Nayan Soukie, Teil vom Duo Soukie & Windish und Labelgründer von URSL, veröffentlicht. Damals war das einer der ersten Releases von Schlepp Geist und wohl sowas wie die Initialzündung für seine Karriere. Heute ist Nayan mit seinem Solo-Live-Projekt Amount am Anfang der Karriere und diesmal haben beide sogar eine gemeinsame EP produziert. Lange hat es gedauert: „Silverwings“ gibt es jetzt seit vier Jahren und ein bisschen hört man dem Track noch eine andere Zeit an. Nichtsdestotrotz war das Feedback bei Livegigs von Schlepp Geist so enorm, dass sie sich endlich dazu entschieden haben, den Track rauszubringen und dazu mit „Bay of Joy“ ein genauso strahlige, aber deutlich technoidere Nummer dazuzupacken.
