As of mid Jan 2015 Recklings are no more but...

Recklings were a four-piece, alternative music band from South London, England consisting of song writing duo Elizabeth and Paul Reckling. After a night spent boozing and plotting in the bowels of London Bridge the pair found themselves united with a love of stripy jumpers, Modern Life is Rubbish era Blur and pork scratchings. 

With that they set about composing raw pop songs about lost love, failing friendships and hedonism on a shoestring budget in the South London suburbs. Picking up motermouth bassist Steve from one of Londons more colorful venues and Drummer Ali from the depths of the internet on the way to complete their line up.

So listen as the band trade sarcastic remarks, classic harmonies and bittersweet pop noises.
