Underground Macedonian techno rebel Stojche known for his no nonsense vibrant and dynamic Detroit schooled productions enters the dolly family! With releases on label like a.r.t.less, Syncrophone and Fuse Brussels he is an artist well in tune with his craft. ‘Cause & Effect’ is another consistent Stojche voyage, remaining true to his sound that stands for high quality techno with a heavy dose of funk and emotional content that simply never misses!

With the Scratch EP, Scottish techno powerhouse Gary Beck delivers four razor-sharp cuts that bring raw energy and dancefloor pressure to FJAAK’s label CROWD. Known for his unmistakable grooves and stripped-down power, Beck presents a no-frills EP that bridges classic techno aesthetics with forward momentum.
Opening with the single ‘French System’, the EP kicks off in full throttle. It’s a propulsive roller built around tough drums, catchy synths, a female vocal leading the way and Beck’s signature percussive tension. Title track ‘Scratch’ follows with a twitchy, angular rhythm that spirals around a fragmented vocal motif and bold machine-funk energy with tense breaks leading to ecstatic drops. On the record’s flip side, ‘How Do You Feel’ keeps the level high, fusing jacking rhythms with a funky vocal and a Beck’s heavy signature kicks. Finally, ‘Eclipse’ closes the EP pushing the energy into darker territories with relentless drive, its distorted pulse and industrial edge.
This release marks a fierce debut on CROWD for Gary Beck – four no-nonsense weapons crafted for peak-time moments and the rawer corners of the club. A heavy-hitting addition to the label’s catalog and a must-have for techno selectors with a taste for precision and punch.

GTG Premiere | Gary Beck - How Do You Feel [CROWD008]

The twenty fourth transmission from RYC comes courtesy of not one, but two artists we greatly admire. Joining forces on a split truly like no other, Japanese maestro Wata Igarashi and Munich’s own multi-faceted genius Polygonia step up with the magnetic ‘Cross Passage’ - a four-track journey at the junction of their respective universes, teleporting us straight to a propulsive, mind-expanding headspace as we’re invited to explore sonic territories still uncharted and harmonics yet unravelled.

The collaborative A-side begins with the dynamic title-track, ‘Cross Passage’, a proactively future-facing number packing the kind of utopian drive that used to define the original techno sound. A highly cinematic narrative boasting Detroit-style vision and epic breath, ‘Cross Passage’ builds bridges between hi-tech elation and organic integration, transcending mere functionality to push back and expand the limits of techno as a deep communication vessel between the individual and the mass. Firing off like a binary script gone astray, ‘Fibre Axis’ takes us on a further bumpy ride across shape-shifting interfaces and blurred-out digital scapes, via abrupt pixel landslides and fractured 3D renderings.

Side-B finds each producer dishing out a slice of his/her own musical idiom. Polygonia strikes first with the pulsating ‘Voltage Blues’ - a mesmeric roller cut from pure eerie synth algebra, boundary-pushing abstraction and surgical but experimental-leaning rhythmic assault. The result is a piece of cutting-edge techno hoodoo, ready to take on clubs with utmost abrasive swagger. Sniping a hail of rainbow-like analogue synth outpour, Wata Igarashi’s solo contribution ’The Tunnel Dreams’ rounds off the journey on a fiercely nonconformist note. Merging a hard-hitting main swing with 8-bit-esque audio pointillism and brooding bass undertones, the Japanese producer cuts a path of antigravitational abandon and relentless rush towards absolving euphoria, which shall leave all in the room levitating somewhere between sheer daze and love-thirsty XTC.

스페인을 넘어 영국, 독일, 네덜란드, 러시아, 이탈리아 등 전 유럽에 걸쳐 사랑받고 있는 디제이 Aiken은, 80년대 중반 스페인에서 태어나 디트로이트 테크노, 베를린 사운드, 그리고 UK 테크노 등의 다양한 영향을 받았으며, 가장 순수한 테크노부터 딥 테크노, 일렉트로, IDM까지 폭넓은 사운드를 아우르고 있다. Aiken은 여러 디지털 레이블에서 EP 앨범을 발표한 이후, 2011년 Semantica Records에서 EP "Mer"를 발매하며 피지컬 포맷으로 데뷔했다. 그 후 Non Series, KEY Vinyl, Chronicle 등 존경받는 레이블에서 발표한 작업들은 세계적인 테크노 아티스트들로부터 많은 지지를 받았고 여러 차트에 진입했다. 2015년에는 자신의 플랫폼인 Timeline을 설립하여 다양한 영향을 결합한 창의성을 표현하고 있다.

Aiken is a Spanish artist born in the mid-80s, influenced by diverse sources such as Detroit techno, the Berlin sound, and music produced in the UK, among others. As a DJ, his sets cover a wide spectrum of sounds ranging from the purest forms of techno to deeper variations, as well as electro and IDM. As a producer, after releasing on several digital labels, he made his physical debut in 2011 with the EP “Mer” on Semantica Records. Since then, his releases on Non Series, KEY Vinyl, and Chronicle have been charted and supported by leading figures in the global techno scene. In 2015, he launched his own platform, Timeline, with the aim of expressing his creativity by combining different influences. All of these projects have contributed to his DJ sets being enjoyed in top clubs across countries such as England, Germany, the Netherlands, Russia, and Italy.

Tbilisi stalwart BMI brings his esoteric sound to Zenaari’s Podcast series for this next instalment. The Georgian DJ is a heavy-hitting talent on home turf, frequently stalking the capital’s venues and actively involved in several cutting-edge collectives and projects like Substract, Octachoron, Fear Pollution, 3 Suli, and Soulvent. His fluid, ever-mutating sound is smart and expansive techno that’s plugged into a wide scope of references from the outer fringes of experimental music, tying them neatly together and offering a reflective take on contemporary electronics that challenges and rewards its listeners. Clocking in at 62 minutes, this episode offers a glimpse of the inner workings of BMI’s mind: sounds that click, shift and refract, not a one out of place and coming together in a fuzzy, echoing whole.
