Originally hailing from the Bay Area, Jamaica Suk has found a proxy home in Berlin, where since 2012 she has been perfecting her captivating strain of Techno chaos. Her young passion for music was fostered by a doting grandfather, and found its earliest expressions when she trained in Jazz and joined a number or Psychedelic Rock, Shoegaze and Math Rock bands. This synthesis is key to deciphering her recent work, heavily arithmetic and thought through, cerebral and brawny in equal parts. This was the winning formula which led her from monthly Techno parties at 222 Hyde Street to the active schedule she now keeps darting from club to legendary club in her adoptive city. Her sets are ritualistic workouts for body and mind, monolithic Techno that pulls no punches. As for her production work? She’s just as keen to publish that through her very own Gradient imprint and merits just as much consideration. Bassiani Podcast 177 is a bass-packed studio mix recorded by this intriguing Techno engineer, an hour of compelling and turbulent sonic fervour.

Exploring the confines of "field recordings, FM synthesis, atmospheric ambience", which he translates into "harmonious noise and harsh rhythms », the Tbilisi-based vibist has been carving out a lane of his own. His blends, combining stretches of atmospheric minutiae, laser-guided programming and post-industrial murk, teleport their listener into a far-out bubble of sound where earthy laws do not apply and your whole body, down to its cellular level, throbs with a vital impulse to let go. Sounds From NoWhere welcomes aboard the German dj & producer Denise Rabe (Rabe / Stroboscopic Artefacts).

Denise Rabe´s experience in the Berlin techno scene as a booker, radio host, promoter and dj since she relocated to German capital drawn by the possibility of a life in music, is reflected in the pragmatic, grounded artist she became and the unique, original voice she's developed as a producer. 
Her approach and work ethic can be seen expressed on every release she's done under her label, Rabe, where her music is matched with an equal amount of care, thought and work, in the vessels that contain it, within a coherent aesthetic and vision that informs music, artwork and presentation equally.
Rabe’s particular inclination to sparse industrial soundscapes, gothic aesthetics, driven grooves under hooks that hypnotize as much as they distinguish, have propelled her 10 year career across stages all over the US, Asia and Europe, as well as the clubs that represent the apex of techno world wide such as Berghain and Tresor.
