For the past fifteen years Argentinian-born, Barcelona-based producer Pfirter has been pushing a sound by turns steely, dark and uplifting, true to the founding principles of the techno's tetramorp but eager to throw his own vanguard, personal touch into the mix. From the early days onward, and no matter the medium of expression he's used, be it DJing, producing or as a label owner, Pfirter has kept working his magic with focus and style, gracing the likes of CLR, Figure and Stroboscopic Artefacts with some choice singles whilst headlining some of the most infamous electronic music bastions and events including Berghain, Tresor, Concrete, Awakenings and Time Warp. Ever since he embarked on his first European tour back in 2005, Juan Pablo has tirelessly worked at shaping one of the most idiosyncratic sounds in contemporary electronic music and successfully so. Born and bred in Madrid, PWCCA took his first steps in the world of electronic music in the mid-90s. 

His own imprint Hardtools, founded in the 00s, had the pleasure to release artists such as Christian Wunsch, Eric Fetcher and Dimi Angelis among others. 

Thanks to his superb producing skills and music knowledge, his music was released on some of the most acknowledged labels: Pole Group's Aine, Newrhythmic, Warm Up and Mord, just to name a few.

His sound is profound, extremely atmospheric yet very minimalistic and elegant: take a deep dive into this 60-minutes journey, recorded live on exclusive for our Closercast series.

Nicola Armento aka Plukkk (Impeto Records, Green Fetish Records, B55 Records, Obscuur Records) est un jeune dj/producteur italien basé à Milan (Italie).

Passionné de musique dès son plus jeune âge, Nicola commence le piano à 13 ans et continuera par la suite à parfaire son éducation musicale. Ses influences lui permettront en 2012 de créer "Plukkk", son alias orienté vers la techno industrielle.

Co-fondateur du label Impeto Records, il porte une attention particulière aux jeunes artistes émergents du secteur comme Zakhari, Danilo Incorvaia ou encore Masteecate.

In the next episode of the Heptaseas podcast, we’re excited to welcome Berlin-based techno producer, live act, and DJ Liza Aikin. Known for her half-tempo beats and unique soundscapes, Liza uses field recordings and modular synthesizers in her studio to create tailor-made tracks that capture the sound she was missing on the dancefloor.

Her productions have been released on influential labels such as Mord Records, Emetic, Gegen Records, OBSCUUR, and Voxnox, with remixes featured on Instruments of Discipline and Obscuure. Liza’s music extends beyond techno into experimental electronic realms, and her EP with Monolog on Evar Records, “Until There Was Nothing,” was charted among Bandcamp’s best Dance 12” Singles for June-July 2022.

BFVR is an ambitious and determined talent from France now based in Berlin. DJ, producer and label owner influenced by electronic from the earliest days, his music is presented as a universe composed of hypnotic sound textures and haunting melodies based on a fast-paced dark repetitive rhythmic percussive techno.
As a DJ he delivers strong, energetic and vibrant proper three decks performances with hypnotic patterns and layered drums to provide a unique immersive experience.
Hard work and his signature sound allowed him to perform across stages all over the Europe and Asia alongside artists such as Stef Mendesidis, Endlec, Insolate, DVS1, Rødhåd.
His releases found homes on labels like Flash Recordings, Animal Farm or Skryptöm and have been featured in some of the world's most renowned podcast series, including HATE, Slam Radio, HÖR and Boiler Room.
Through his artistic evolution and in addition to his performances, he launched his own label Fever Recordings to release quality and timelessoriginal techno productions that represent his musical vision.
Far away from the mainstream beats and always staying true to his techno roots, BFVR has become a respected figure in the underground techno scene.
