Teachers of Recollective Awareness Meditation upload their talks and interviews here. This approach to meditation doesn't rely on strict techniques or a lot of instruction. Instead, by becoming aware of what goes on in their minds when they meditate, students are free to come up with their own definitions of what meditation is. An ongoing exploration of what happens in meditation leads to more understanding and questioning of self as well as the development of restful, still or quiet meditative states.
