Clock Poets return to wax for their latest release. The Spanish label are one of few words, spending more time spent dedicated to the music rather than talking about it. They are focused on building a slow and steady back catalogue. Past editions have featured the label owners themselves, alongside remixers the likes of Guido Schneider and Topper. CKP005 has been in the pipeline for a while and Atoll is the one taking charge.

The Berlin based producer with label of the same name has been making music for some time. It’s October, which usually means we get to celebrate ADE.

Since this is obviously not happening, we felt like stepping up and showing some love to the artistic talent of our scene in a different way. Obviously our beloved scene, and the entire industry surrounding it, has been hit disproportionately hard by measures related to the Corona virus. 

The VBX CODE project is our first real step into the world of Bandcamp, after having made our back catalogue of releases available digitally not too long ago. VBX CODE is going to be a series of digital only samplers,  available through our Bandcamp page. The tracks featured represent the VBX vibe as well the kaleidoscope of sounds we love and miss so much.

All of the profit made of these tracks will be divided equally and exclusively across the artists involved.This means we won’t be taking anything as a label, in the hope that our platform will amplify the reach of the creators involved.

We are all in this together and we will get out of it together!

Ferro - So Strange

After making its mark as a significant release on the Hummingbird By BPZ imprint, the Future Legend “Mental Menthology” LP sits comfortably amongst the collections of modern-day electronic music fanatics, so it only seems fitting that this February the label will release a special remix package following on from the album. The three-track remix EP meanders through fantastic productions from DoubtingThomas (Eastenderz, Organic), Georgios Papamanoglou (Deep Series, Mixx Rec), and label founder Benjamin Philippe Zulauf, all of these affiliated with the label in past times. 

The opening track “Tickling Whispers” is remixed by the established DoubtingThomas who shows no signs of slowing down in recent times. The remix consists of trickling and pensive synths that maneuver around a clean drum arrangement.
