It’s a big family affair as four OEW favourites gather on the latest record. Full squad manoeuvres as the quartet of Priori, Eversines, O'FortyFour and Reflex Blue assemble to do some serious damage.

The four-pronged outing kicks off on a proper heads-down tip. Coming thru with thebliss-out, widescreen pads and locked-in groove, NAFF founder Francis Latreille, AKA Priori, sets pace with the sort of track you can imagine inducing trance states at 4 AM. Eversines, on the other hand, opts for a more buoyant kind of flex. Heralding the golden era of early ‘90s acid house, ’Vigilance' retains the hypnotic qualities of its predecessor. Radiant gear.

Serving big electro accelerators, the next two represent something of a departure. But where O’FortyFour’s rude, elasticated contribution comes replete with insectoid detail, Reflex Blue recalls the finest Motor City hydraulics with a slice of Drexciyan-indebted machine funk.

“In search of an afterparty” the name of this split EP we are witnessing coming straight from a miraculous country called Uruguay. The story of a teacher and a student, the tale of different senses and perspectives, the dance of elusive, fictional Jair himself and the spies of the afterparty which can be on either way of self-data collection or when levels of paranoia have come to a boiling point and sense that the eyes are watching doesn’t go away that easily. The A side is taken by Muten, an artist who has already made a lot of noise not just in his native country but all over the world too whether it’s with an outstanding liveset, flawless dj set or a timeless record that he has crafted. The B side is a story of a rising and promising producer Flhez, and his quest of frequency manipulation + sound perfection. Discotech continues on their upward trajectory with this versatile EP, simultaneously with their highly anticipated events going hand in hand with the extensive catalogue of the label, whether that be vinyl or their digital offshoot.

Toronto's electronic music scene luminary, Dave Rout, known as Datafreq, joins the Bosconi family "Circuit Garden" EP.
With a musical experience as Datafreq spanning 2 decades, and a continuous presence since the mid-80s, he has become a cornerstone in the electronic music scene in Toronto.

"Circuit Garden" is a six-track collection that pays homage to Datafreq's distinctive blend of video game music and electro sounds. A true pioneer, as he brings forth his unique musicality that rocks since he started the project in 2004.

This EP features select tracks from his debut album, "Fun for the Whole Family," originally released in 2006 on the esteemed Berlin label Das Drehmoment. Notably, these tracks, (never before available on vinyl with the exception of "Just Like 1981"),
have been reimagined with slight remixing, editing, and remastering to seamlessly align with the vinyl format.
Two brand-new tracks make their debut on this release, adding an extra layer of exclusivity and elevating the EP to a truly special status.

The unmistakable "Datafreq" sound is prevalent throughout the EP, characterized by eclectic electro techno and vocodered tunes.
Infused with a melodic approach, the tracks remain dancefloor-friendly, showcasing Datafreq's exceptional talent for crafting engaging melodies.
