Co-founder of the respected Zaza Island events, Roni Amitai has grown as an artist almost as quickly as her rapidly expanding record collection. Together with Hilu, they have grown their event series to an enviable level that has meant they are able to invite top artists such as Sammy Dee, Cristi Cons and the Half Baked crew, Anthea, Francesco Del Garda, and Traumer. The list goes on and on, and it will continue to rise and rise. 

Having been looking to bring Roni to the fold for some time now, we are happy to present her mix for your listening pleasure. Clocking in at just under 2 hours long, Roni is able to begin her trip with a smooth selection of 90’s dreamy house jams before peppering more underground sounds around the decks. Like the guests she welcomes on a regular basis Roni quickly moves through the gears and even drops back a few in order to take off in a different direction. This mix is definitely one for the diggers with an ear for 90’s house and techno, you won't be disappointed.

His background as a drummer and his studies in audio engineering leave a distinctive mark on his productions, allowing him to infuse his music with a powerful personality.

Now using Haptic Records as his platform of expression, he has emerged as a dynamic force in the electronic music scene, renowned for delivering high-powered and uplifting grooves that keep the dancefloor moving for hours on end.

Let yourself get lost in this mix and lose track of time as Rubén treats us to a seamless session perfect for those after-hour boogies.

HAPTIC PRESENTS - RUBÉN BAIZ

The demure appearance of Romanian artist Praslea belies his deep involvement in the music industry. With his name appearing on top events, especially in his home town of Bucharest, circa 2007, Florin Cunțan is a certified don of our scene. Having been inducted into the [a:pia:r] clique from an early age his “Jurnal De Bord” EP way back in 2009 he has hardly been prolific, but this is not where his real talent lies. With his solo credentials above reproach, it is par for the course for Praslea and his peers to perform together even at the biggest of events. So, it is hardly surprising that two artists from this family should join forces on the regular and that partnership is Praslesh. Not wishing to over comment on this duo, this does, however, go some way to explain the level of skill that Florin commands. You have to experience it to believe it, here is the excerpt of the three hours of pure energy and groove delivered by Zenk, which concluded the day in a masterful way. A finale that will be remembered... we couldn't have asked for more! Happy listening!
