Estée Louder founded the regular club night and podcast series CONTROL. Control exists to create space for women and queer people operating and existing in the electronic music realm. Control seeks to bridge the tyranny of distance between Australia and the rest of the world, bringing together international guests and their local counterparts in dance floor unification.

Pure silence covered the whole house. You could hear your own breathing from wall to wall. And darkness was my friend. Shadows were everywhere to be seen, they chased you. All I could do was run, behind my guide. We both felt it coming, but we never said a word. From door to door there was nothing but black illusions. Tension was everywhere though, but the kind that you felt in your bones. And I for sure did not want to get caught in the act. The followers were getting near. There's no place to hide now.

Lino Rodrigues is https://soundcloud.com/alkalino, a DJ and producer raised in Lisbon but settled in Munich, who started his career in the late 80's. During these almost 30 years, Lino has had countless residencies around the world and has published a lot of references both on vinyl as well as digital on different labels, currently being one of the key names in the Disco / Nu-Disco / Edits scene internationally.
His music has been played by artists of the stature of Arthur Baker, Adam Port, Bicep, Crazy P, DJ Sneak, Hunee, Moodymann, Nick Warren, Osunlade, Todd Terje ...
You could say that, in addition to all over Europe, it has already played around the world. In August 2013 he went on a tour of North America, followed by a short tour of Asia in August 2014. In July 2015 he played for the first time in Japan and in 2016 he could be seen in Oceania, performing in New Zealand and Australia. .
In 2017 his own label Audaz has finally started to be released on vinyl, so keep an eye out for the next releases!
