For The Nursery’s 20th release – an anniversary in itself – the Argentinian music machine Vladw makes his second appearance on Dynamic Reflection’s sub label. And quite an appearance it is. Even after putting out an insane amount of music since 2013, a stagnation in his productions is still nowhere to be found.

Exactly one year after his first contribution to the label, his ‘Lucid Minds EP’ hits the surface, and to say that it does its name justice would be an understatement. It floats from the acidic influences found in ‘Here, nobody surrenders’ and ‘The history will absolve me’, to the straight forward vibe on the second track, and the beautiful soundscape on the third. 

Even with this seemingly huge variety in styles, all of them are executed with equally high skill and ear for detail. This compelling composition of four very divergent tracks underlines Vladw’s talent and creativity, and to choose one favourite from it would be near impossible.

Judas aka JUDAΣ is back with one of the biggest collection of records since today, presenting more sides of his vision as the artist and as a conceptual persona, these are 4 Cuts that brilliantly put you in the zone, right when the needle drop on the record. Judas present this project in 2 parts, both part of the same creature, and of the same concept, 'Unsaid' goes far beyond the usual aspect of the functionality, in this case, functionality is a pure tool, every single work shows you a path into his mind.

“Find Out” is the fifth release on Supervoid Records by Berlin-based DJ and producer, Dustmite.

Sparing no time to fuss about, Dustmite comes storming straight out of the gate with “Find Out (Remapped)”. Heaving kicks, cutting hats and slapping claps push momentum forward with serious authority. “Charter” takes a more metronomic approach while maintaining an equal sense of impact with its pulsating basslines and encircling arps. On the flip, “Find Out” reels the speed back a couple notches with a cinematic pad atmosphere and distant vocal samples ideal to warm up a club at the beginning of a night or to cool down a dancefloor early in the morning. Lastly, “Combining” favors an optimistically melodic tone with a singing glissando lead synth that makes for a triumphant finish.

After having released the Vol.5 from Mediane, Vol.6 from Hemka with a strong remix from Thomas Hessler and the double Vol.7 from Electric Rescue, Vol. 4 titled "Infected Bass" is finally here! 

Arnaud Le Texier is the main host of this new EP that will be released in digital and in a beautiful solid turquoise coloured vinyl. For the occasion, the producer provides three original hot titles and remixes from Keith Carnal, as well as by @volphonierecordings label head, Chris Honorat.

"Thanatos" is resolutely Techno, based on a heady loop with a little old school touch that should make everyone agree on the dancefloor.

After releasing label co-founder Willy Parker‘s „Back from Death“ EP in August of 2020, Frankfurt-based music and arts imprint SOPTIK is back with the first installment of their new VA series „Selected Tracks“, out on December 4th and available on all platforms including Beatport, Spotify and Bandcamp.

The compilation of 11 unique and original productions showcases the label ́s resilient diversity of both roster and sound, cautiously balancing modern Techno varieties with more analogue and experimental vibes. Ranging from percussive and evolving soundscapes of tracks like Confusion ́s „Disparity“ or „Y‘All Got Problems“ by Houston Stiller to the more synth-driven and progressive nature of pieces like Decka ́s „Unheard“ or Norberto Lusso ́s „Olliphane“, the EP covers multiple symphonic and rhythmic facets of the genre on a diverse Bpm spectrum - all while maintaining a clear and coherent aural aesthetic.

Through its seamless fusion of airy pads, subtle drums and increasingly distorted and modulated basslines, the opening track „The New Normal“, contributed by Unknown Movements label owner Other Form from Bristol UK, introduces the central focus on complex grooves and the evocative, gloomy atmosphere present throughout the release. Previous collaborative efforts between the two imprints resulted in the early 2020 publication of „Coping Strategies for Progressive Persuasions“ on eight-inch tape, featuring original tracks by Willy Parker, Vlaeminck and Decka.

Contrasting more delicate and downscaled pieces by Hych, Senh and Vlaeminck, tracks like „News in Sport“ or „A Light Emerge From The Ground“ by label debutants Stefan Czech and Messiahwaits exemplify the more dancefloor-focused, fast-paced side of the EP. The final track, „Alzirr“ by Willy Parker, concludes the release by merging distinct atmospherical themes, a sizzling high- and a commanding low-end.
With the creation of the „Selected Tracks“ series, the young label intends to incorporate a network of both upcoming and established artists and musicians who reflect and refine the SOPTIK sound.
