so basically I wanted to use the Metal Sonic voice from VS Metal Sonic linked here  https://gamebanana.com/mods/365763 but I couldn't find a soundfont for his voice so what i ended up doing was taking the Sonic exe voice from the secret song from the mod and then putting Fatal Error's voice filter on top of it to make a custom Metal Sonic voice 

I also added the Sonic 3K voices samples to the inst for some reason
