Born and raised in Tehran, Siamak Amidi is a DJ, music producer, and founder of Volt Music as well as co-founder and curator of Dubai’s influential Analog Room. With over two decades in the game, he has become a leading figure in shaping the underground electronic music scene in the Middle East and beyond.
As Creative Director of Analog Room - considered one of the cornerstone venues for quality underground house & techno in the region since its launch in 2012 - Siamak has been instrumental in fostering a real culture of sound, inviting cutting-edge international artists while cultivating local talent. His own DJ sets are known for their versatility, blending house and techno with psychedelic twists, always untainted, immersive, and raw.
Through his imprint Volt Music - a vinyl-only, limited-edition label - he continues to push forward-thinking sounds and champion analog purity. His productions have landed on highly respected imprints such as Berlin/Hamburg’s Dial Records, Frankfurt’s RAWAX, and Chicago’s Synapsis Records, reflecting his refined taste and deep knowledge of electronic music.

Isaac Prieto & Javonntte are a Detroit-based duo redefining the modern hybrid DJ set with their raw, soulful, and unmistakably Detroit sound. Jarle Bråthen moves effortlessly through the realms of Nordic Disco and House, blending vintage warmth with futuristic grooves. Based in Berlin, the Norwegian DJ, producer, and curator has built a solid reputation behind the decks at iconic venues like Crack Bellmer and Salon Zur Wilden Renate, as well as through his now defunct monthly residency “FjernstYrt” at Kreuzberg’s hidden gem Bohnengold.

Known in her hometown as “Chicago’s House Music Queen,” Lady D has spent decades shaping the sound, culture, and future of American house music. A globally respected DJ, producer, label owner, and cultural leader, Lady D has performed across North America, Europe, Russia, and Asia, delivering sets defined by soulful depth, tight mixing, and unmistakable Chicago energy. She remains a powerful representative of Black women in electronic music and a magnetic headliner who commands the room every time she steps up. 

Lady D’s DJ career began in the Midwest rave and club circuit, quickly making her a Midwest favorite in cities like Detroit, Milwaukee, and St. Louis. She later co-founded Superjane with Colette, Dayhota, and Heather — North America’s first all-woman DJ collective, created to prove that female DJs were never a novelty. A decade later, she made history again as the first and only Black woman ever to play Lollapalooza (2011).
Her artistry draws inspiration from Lil Louis, D’Angelo, Depeche Mode, and Cocteau Twins, influences reflected in the emotional richness and musicality of her sets. Her influence on the industry runs deep. As A&R/Label Manager for Afterhours Music, and later as the visionary founder of D’lectable Music, she helped champion emerging talent and release underground classics — including early works from Kaskade, and projects from Full Intention (Mike Gray), Derrick Carter, Miguel Migs, Peven Everett, and more. D’lectable continues to nurture artists and move the culture forward under her direction.

 Her production journey started with the Glenn Underground collaboration “Champagne Lady” and continued with releases across Vista/Large, Body Music, Sneakerz, Journeys By DJ, Hed Kandi, Toolroom, Open Bar, Black Jack, Carillo, D’lectable, and others. She compiled and produced the celebrated mix CD Naked Kaleidoscope, an early signal of the Naked Music sound. In 2024, Lady D signed her single “A Deep-Felt Love” to Defected Records on the Soulfuric Deep imprint. It debuted at #1 on the Traxsource Deep House Chart, marking another milestone in her extraordinary career. 

Beyond performance and production, Lady D is a respected figure in Chicago’s creative community. She has been featured in Billboard, Spin, i-D/Vice, Mixmag, and in major documentaries including The War on Disco, Girl, The Godfather of Disco, and Slipcue. Her story appears in Do You Remember House, How To DJ Right, and Disco Demolition. In 2024, she was elected to the Board of Governors for the Recording Academy’s Chicago Chapter, reinforcing her role in supporting and developing the next generation of Chicago artists.

Beloved since the ’90s — and still pushing the culture — DJ Lady D embodies the spirit, history, and evolution of Chicago house.
