The year is 2070, and the capacity of HOME PLANET is stretched to the
breaking point. Colonization of RED PLANET has been underway for 20 years,
and has become the optimal destination for the few affluent denizens of Earth to escape their increasingly hellish realities as iron-fist rulers of a dying civilization. 

Mars has been transformed
into a beacon of human technological achievement, but access is
restricted to those who can afford "Weekend Escape / Avoid Packages On
New Soil" or WEAPONS. These all-encompassing vacation bundles include ROVER rentals for surface exploration, accomodation in galaxy-class suites in New Mars City's opulent downtown core, and entry to lavish VIP parties on the recreational moon-base known as Phobos-Bazaar.

There, a group of captive performers from Earth's Pacific Rim use ancient Analog Synthesis and HumanVoice TM technologies to create a deep, sensual sound, providing the soundtrack to endless hedonistic nights.

To patrons of the most exclusive nightclub in our solar system, they
are known simply as RED LIGHT QUADRANT.

Prisoner exhibits a musical obsession stemming from early trauma
involving excess harmonic stimulation. Has managed an earthbound
enterprise called Homebreakin Records since 2007. Research indicates
many original compositions and remixes have been published globally. Primary skills appear to be electric guitar, synthesis, DJ, and recording technology.

Inmate shows signs of extensive training in the art of aural seduction
through lush vocalisation, harmonic modulation and octave bandwidth exploration. Terrestrial training facilities include the acclaimed groups Tour de Fours and Sabertooth, as well as a long-standing stint as lead siren in the Saturn Space Disco Orchestra.

Prisoner is medically trained as a sonic surgeon, skilled in modern and
outdated methods of textural subterfuge. Victim-patients report confusion, delight and repetetive motion strains caused by raw analog synthesis, drum programming, and hot tape mastering. Was captured from the Saturn Space Disco Orchestra headquarters quite easily - he was too busy shaping transients to notice.
