What if there was an unused Ocarina of Time melody? This is a little thing I made to see if I could replicate the style and come up with a recognizable melody. It's a song about friendship and optimism, two important values which can help overcoming the obstacles of life.

RPG-inspired music! I tried to give it an eerie-ish vibe so I experimented a bit with various synths/sound effects.

SNES SPC700 port of "Amalgam" from Steven Universe! It was pretty tough adapting the original instruments to Super Mario World's soundset (I used some custom samples for the drum kit), but I'm pretty satisfied with the result :)

Hey there! I haven't been too active lately, as motivation to write new music doesn't always come easily. I came up with this track quite accidentally - I was originally going to make a calmer, Paper Mario-esque tune, but I got carried away and expanded the track to a wider concept (an aircraft which takes off to explore the vastness of sky). I had a lot of fun using N64 and SNES sounds in this one.

Long time no see! It's been a while since I posted anything :S this is a RPG-esque, village-themed track I wrote after a long creative block. It's based on a newborn settlement which starts growing and expanding.

Blooming Settlement

I'm a huge fan of Tropical Freeze's soundtrack and Big Top Bop definitely stands out for its heavy metal vibes. A while ago I managed to rip Battletoads Arcade's sample set, so I decided to make a DKC arrangement in that style :D I'd love to experiment more with guitar sounds in the future.

Super Slime Arena is a 16-bit inspired party-fighting game which came out yesterday for PC. I had the fantastic opportunity to contribute to the soundtrack, so here's the track I made for it! It plays in an underwater stage filled with giant creatures and sunken ships.

Waltz of a Lost Soul

This is an arrangement of the capital (?) theme from SimCity's unreleased NES version. I heard the original tune in a prototype showcase video from MAGFest and instantly fell in love with it. I tried to incorporate the original sounds while also building on it, but I had to make the ending up a bit - unfortunately the song doesn't completely loop in the footage as it's either interrupted by the alert tune or the player fast forwards the emulator. I really, really hope we'll be able to hear the full tracks someday!
