Literatura is a mysterious duo made up of Kai Si and Al3ne who proclaim a mission to touch the inner world with their sounds. They have previously released material via the likes of Go Deeva, A Tribe Called Kotori and Connected. 
The project focuses on live instruments and different unusual sounds to the listener. Each track is a story, each track is a different book from different genre. Project LITERATURA is pleased to present a spring selection of ideas and sounds they really like at the moment.

For the 127th edition of Desert Hut Podcast Series, we’re pleased to welcome Chus.

Chus L. Esteban, aka DJ CHUS, born and raised in Madrid, Spain (1971), started his professional career at the end of the '80s in his home town, amidst the full-blown euphoria of the acid-house movement at Club' Alien', one of the first clubs of the famous Kapital Group in Madrid. In August of 1992, he becomes the resident DJ at the legendary 'Kadoc' Club in the Portuguese Algarve. He shared the DJ booth with the best international Electronic acts at that time, witnessing from a privileged position the dance music explosion during the 90′s. His style, influenced by the Portuguese and American underground sounds, definitely converged into house music inspired by Disco, Latin, and World Music. 
In 1994, Chus became resident DJ of the first emblematic House Club in Madrid at Teatro Kapital, lasting ten years. He soon developed a passion for the art of electronic music production, working with the bests professionals in Madrid like David Penn, D-Formation, or Oscar L.
Chus created a personal vision of underground house music called the 'Iberican Sound' influenced by the culture of Spain and Portugal, but was along with Ceballos, whose techno background gelled with Chus's House style when this fusion turned up the 'Iberican Sound' becoming into a worldwide movement.  
His Music style is a delicious blend of Organic House, warm and intense with a vital and profound Tribal essence that fuses naturally with melodic and evolving sounds, percussion rhythms, and drums. A long-haul career based on his self-taught character and his constant defense of musical quality has turned him into one of the industry's most respected DJs. Chus's strength resides in his charisma and the unique and pure way he chooses to engage with people.  
Residencies worldwide, many awards collected throughout his career, 'DJ of the Year,' 'Best House DJ,' 'Best Remixer' or 'Best House Label' to name but a few. Over 25 years of music legacy on labels such as Defected, Nervous, and his Stereo Productions show his wide range of music styles and unlimited love for different genres. His blend of styles is his dogma and the quality, his message.  
Redolent Music is his most recent project, a new independent record label, event producer, management agency, and lifestyle concept, created alongside La Santa, whose purpose is to cater to the evolving music industry and develop emerging talent.

Taking organic and ancient instruments from different cultures, he mixes them with synthesizers to create a distinctive electronic sound. 
He has released music on labels such as: Watergate, Monaberry, MoBlack & Sudam; often featuring on the Beatport charts. 
KINTAR is founder of Sudam, his own Ibiza based label. Some of his latest releases including "Sophie", "Yamana" & “Seps Sizophumelela” featured in Black Coffee's sets and charted at No1 on his Spotify Mix Set. 
To date his career has seen him DJ in more than 50 countries around the world, from Canada to Azerbaijan, Aruba to Russia, South Africa to Indonesia. Often booked thanks to the recognition from his own productions, he is a regular in the Ibiza superclubs such as Privilege, Heart, Pacha & Blue Marlin. Other club highlights include Stadium Jakarta, Krystal Bucharest and Space Sharm, while also playing festivals such as Ultra, Esto Es Tulum. 
In previous summers, KINTAR was resident at Pacha Ibiza with Elements every Wednesday, while also running his own events at Blue Marlin Ibiza and hosting Esto es Tulum Mexican Festival World Tour. 
Summer 2021 saw Kintar launch his own new worldwide brand SUMMERIANS with events running weekly on Sundays at Blue Marlin Ibiza to great acclaim. Additional highlights of 2021 were gigs alongside BLACK COFFEE at USHUAIA Ibiza and Tulum. Following the summer season, 
Kintar took the SUMMERIANS brand to the Riviera Maya coast and hosted a weekly residency on Fridays at Vagalume Tulum

His second release, Esfuerza, came out with the fantastic Shango Records and received great feedback and support. His third release, which came out on LA based label Monday Social, titled the “Divina EP” with the song “Dawn of Man” hitting the no. 1 spot and “Divina” reaching no. 3 on the TOP100 of Beatport’s Organic House. His next release “In My Head”, debuted on the top spot of the Beatport’s Hype Chart once again cracking the top 10 and no.6.
