The Upload

If you've listened to the previous sessions you'd probably noticed that most of the playlists end with a few tunes from the Studio One Label. Well, these are all the tunes compiled into one Studio One Rub-a-Dub session.
Every tune featured was produced and arranged by the legendary Clement Seymour 'Sir Coxsone' Dodd @ his recording facilities at 13 Brentford Road, Kingston 5 - The Jamaican Recording and Publishing Studio which opened in 1963.
Throughout the 1960s, Studio One was considered the University of Jamaican music. It was the studio where the majority of Jamaica's most prestigious musical artists got their start. 
Studio One released some of the most significant and enduring Jamaican records of all time and created a series of rhythm tracks that would serve as the foundations of songs for decades. 
Coxsone’s most popular tracks were always recycled and re recorded in a musical tradition built on borrowing and collaborating.

Buzzrock's '6 Million Ways To Dub' presented by Jamaica's very own Yaadcore can be described as real FOUNDATION.  

The mix comprises of seventeen tracks; three well placed audio skits and fifteen deep seated root tracks sung by Buzzrock, all of which are voiced on old foundation versions.
Out of the fifteen, three are cover tracks; Declaration Of Rights by Abyssinians, Swell Headed by Burning Spear & Tonight by Jr. Delgado; one is a remixed track - Diamonds In The Back by William De Vaughn and thirteen originals. All the tracks can be described as an ancient, cosmic, and mature approach to the expression of Buzzrock's conscious ideals through his music.

With the creative direction of Yaadcore the mix is exceptionally arranged from start to finish as he gives the listeners a small taste of his dubbing skills and indubitably highlights his love for foundation.  

6 Million WaysTo Dub is undeniably one of the best foundation mixtape to be released in 2017 pushing straight into 2018.
