Un gruppo di amici, appassionati del genere,  decisero di dare vita ad un loro vecchio sogno: far rivivere le note della musica di Mike Hucknall, che per molto tempo aveva soggiornato nella nostra città,(Cagliari), e si era scaldato al sole delle nostre spiagge. Così, con tanta passione ed entusiasmo, nascono i REDS, che ripropongono tutta la discografia dei magnifici e sempreverdi Simply Red. Dagli anni 80 ad oggi, tutti i brani e le sonorità che cambiano colore e groove 
ricoprendo ogni angolo della sperimentazione musicale. Queste melodie e questo patrimonio musicale oggi lo riproponiamo a voi, con l'intento di divertirci e godere insieme delle note delle stupende creazioni dei Simply Red.
