California Meets World.

Red Wind Temblor's sound starts with surf rock of the early 1960s that evokes the waves of California's coast. Then it combines with the haunting cinematic sounds of spaghetti western films to conjure up memories of the Old West. At the same time, the exotic harmonies and fiery rhythms of gypsy and Balkan music are added to the mix. You'll also hear hints of other indigenous American styles like jazz, blues, and bluegrass.

All of these influences and more are thrown into Red Wind Temblor's musical melting pot. The result is a sonic stew that has been described as "powerful, eerie" - it is reverb-drenched and atmospheric, with an emphasis on melodies, creative arrangements, vocal harmonies, and strong musicianship.

This power trio creates a big sound that is larger than the sum of its parts. All three members are native Angelinos: guitarist and singer Ray Bergstrom, bass guitarist and singer Blas Perez, and drummer Jon Rizk.
