Glasgow based Secluded drops another two Techno monsters on Soma backed by a hypnotic remix from up and coming Portuguese producer Lewis Fautzi.

Delusional starts things of with a bang as Secluded’s big and bashy drums roll out to subtly filtered stabs that ring through into a direct outburst of percussion. Things get a little deeper as we progress, big builds and drops are broken up with a fine tuned pad that swarms through the backbone. A typical monster opener from Secluded.

Sympathy is no less of a monster. Secluded tactfully brings the elements out in this track as a punchy drum sequence roars underneath a percussive synth hook, slowly peaking and thundering back in with intent with each drop. 

Lewis Fautzi turns in a suitably hypnotic version of Delusional as he loops out the original’s mains hook and drives a more ethereal, haunting pad line underneath. Fautzi creates real tension with small drum fills and tough percussive work.

Secluded drops yet another tough EP in only the way he can.

Epic synths are layered over a foundation of kick and rolling bass, tying the drums together through the rim. My aim was to create a groove that’s simple to listen to, allowing the focus to shift more toward the progression of the main sound element, a build-up of energy that unfolds over time.

If I had to associate this EP with an experience, I’d imagine it as a plane ride: during takeoff, you feel the force pinning you to your seat until the moment the plane lifts off and begins to climb… Up in the air, you feel light, weightless, until the descent begins. Here comes the drop: the wheels touch the runway.

In Deutschland geboren lebt Reeno Denshi auch gerne dort,denn in dem Land der ersten Techno klänge, kann man sich nur zu Hause fühlen. Er besuchte viele Clubs und Partys und feierte unzählige Nächte auf der Musik der weltweit größten Techno-Künstler. Inspiriert davon begann er sich mit Musik zu beschäftigen, und machte seine ersten Schritte in Richtung Minimal. Aber bald merkte er, dass es nicht sein Style war. Er fing an zu suchen im Dschungel der elektronischen Musik, und traf auf DarkTechno. Eine Party Nacht veränderte sein Leben, er setzte sich an den PC und versuchte seine Ideen umsetzen. Nachdem er viel gutes Feedback bekam, wurde mehr und mehr sein eigener Style geboren.

Born and living in Germany does Reeno Denshi happy, because in the land of the first techno sounds you can only feel at home. He visited many clubs and parties and celebrated countless nights on the music of the world's biggest techno artists. He began to deal with music, and he took his first steps toward Minimal. But he soon realized that it was not his style. He started to search in the jungle of electronic music, new, and met dark techno. A party night changed his life, he sat down at the PC and he put his ideas. After he got a lot of good feedback, his own style was born more and more.
