From Shadows to Light

This began its life with the opening piano riff; from there the composer grew it in the strings and added the horns for effect. The intention was to create something interesting and prompts the listener's imagination!

Whirling & Swirling

Elegy is a beautifully reflective and highly emotional work, subtitled, "In Memoriam".
The stark contrast of emotion portrayed in the music is simply breathtaking, from the calm, sombre opening, which builds to a most powerful outpouring at its height, before returning to the soft yearning of heartfelt grief at its poignant conclusion. Elegy is ideal for rememberance services concerts etc. It is also available for the Brass abnd from Kingfisher Music Publishing.
