Dust Devil

Astronox Festival in Texas, October 2022. A rare thing occurred - I got to play a two-hour closing set at the end of the insanely inspiring lineup of Saturday night, before a morning sound break. There are some major wiggles in this set, of the crunchy/glitchy variety, in keeping with the flow for the night. Ending with some gentle touches, like a sonic hug.

The full blood moon eclipse was spectacular to view deep in the Mojave Desert on Nov 8th, 2022! I was so lucky the sky was clear for my night time techno set, but even more lucky the rain stopped for my daytime closing PheuZen set!!! I'm happy to present to you Blood Moon Breaks!!!

On the fly and off the cuff. No plan, no destination. Just freely associating and going with a flow. This recording remains but the memory of hitting the record button is long since gone. One of those moments captured in time and as rough and as ready as ever...

HIGHER PLANES DRIFT

This collection of atmospheric deepstep tracks is further along on the continuum of the Subtextures compilation that I put together for Interchill Records back in 2016. It took a few years to assemble and was made for the digital artist Android Jones (www.androidjones.com) who generously let us use a piece of his phenomenal art for the Subtextures cover design. 

Respect and praises to all of the artists and labels who put out such wickedly chill tunes. Much gratitude to J. Job for the finishing touches.
