When we held the "No Survivors" event in March 2019, this track was the kickoff, but I didn't give context. All I did was vaguely title it "And so it begins." Now, at last, here it is. It was meant to be a buildup theme to the replacement for "Alphys Takes Action." Finally, that silly little secret is out of the way.

Also yeah No Survivors can't settle on a logo and now it never will, haha.

This is the OUaT for Channels I-IV of Mortatoriel (maybe only 1 or 2 of these variants who knows). I think I might do an alternative version of this track that tries to be a liiiiittle more suspenseful/serious considering Toriel's demise, but I did the best I could with this version. Enjoy!

[Mortatoriel I-V] Last Time (Early Upload)

The Ruins is now the Sunken Temple, so it makes that there would be some underwater sections, and thus, a variant of the regular "Ruins" theme to accompany them.

Mortatoriel 1, the Flawed Pacifist ending, details an outcome in which a fallen human spared and befriended every monster except for Queen Toriel. Former king of monsters, Asgore, has finally returned to the throne after his long exile. Hoping to atone for his mistakes and abandon his declaration of war, King Asgore has instated a new policy detailing that humans are to be treated fairly, with kindness and friendship.

Temmie takes the role of Toriel. They survived their climatic battle against Chara, who decided to spare them out of the kindness in their heart. Now Temmie's left to reflect on their actions, while still keeping an eye on any humans who fall underground in the Sunken Temple (the Ruins replacement). They've hired an interesting fellow, Tiny Tom (Test Monster #2/#1), to help them keep watch, but will this partnership last? Has Temmie truly learned their lesson from Chara, or is there more to their story that what lies underneath that fuzzy facade?

Note (05/22/21): Temmie's bio description has been updated in order to accommodate their change of pronouns from "she/her" to "they/them/their".
