Influences: Everything that reminds me of 'changa', as my friend Phran helped me to describe (because the term has some mysticism), was the music we danced to at the 'minitecas' in the 90s/00s. That sound would be a mix of House, Euro-dance, Mákina, Techno-Trance, Tribal House, and Hard House, all together. That now has evolved into worldwide reckoned genres such as Raptor House, Hard Fusion, Changa Tukky, Town House, Street House/Techno.

Try to do yoga or engage in something you enjoy that helps you move the energy in your body, take care of your mental health, take time off, sleep, and try escaping from the city to nature once in a while for a full body and mind recharge, might sounds obvious, but it is effective 🤍🤍🤍

Inspired by down-tempo Psy elements and ambient sounds, Beholdgold, in her mix for Filth Inc, tests out a combination of cool, dark Reggaeton, Electro and Jungle tracks with Arabic undertones and vocals.

I wanted to create something that had a vibrant, summery yet dope feeling and it just so turned out id been subconsciously collecting the right tunes to make that happen.

My first rave experiences were to the sounds of Drum n’ Bass and although I’ve strayed from the genre and now love and play other stuff, I think my non 4/4 roots come through in most things that I do. I like the versatility and experimentation of a breakbeat and feel it leaves more room to play - both behind and in front of the DJ booth.

I co-founded two projects here in Berlin, Double Trouble and FACILITATE. For Double Trouble, we do two versions of the night, one being focussed on the art of _baerchenwurst_, displayed on a backdrop of ambient music at our cute hangout spot Kwia and the other is pure party at Zur Klappe. We focus on bass music and are FLINTA so that plays a big role in the curation. I run the night together with DJ Doc and we started in December 2022. 

FACILITATE. I run together with DJ NORTHERN and we are a FLINTA Drum n’ Bass event which we started in November 2023. Both events were started to create more space for FLINTA DJ’s in the Berlin bass music scene, to make more space for bass loving queers on the dance floor and also just because we love it!
