This year marks 15 years since I started my service in the online underground. Time flies when you are having fun right?! I remember when I (as non dj) heard something on the radio back then, that was just it. Nobody put that on soundcloud or youtube for you to listen to again. I was telling myself there must be more people that want to listen to some tracks over and over again. That's how it all started. Ripping tracks from radio shows, uploading some cool tracks that were hot in that time period (remember post-dubstep & future garage?),there were even a few people sending me their music to upload! The moment I started doing the video edits was life changing. Not only for me but for all the people we (music youtubers) made hot in the era of lo-fi house. Happy to see some of them rockin big stages today!

Since then, this has been my everyday, 24/7/365! Paid my dues & made the sacrifices. Was it worth it? Damn right! Though I have to admit that I never intended to start djing myself. I was forced to by the community! I am happy I sold my bike so I can buy speakers and started.

Music took me around the world. With music I met a bunch of amazing people who did not hesitate to spend their money and time just to meet the guy they know from youtube. For this I will forever be grateful!

Like 5 years ago, also this time I have a mix for you! I just wanted to put together a mix full of my all time favorite jams. The result is an almost six hour journey through different genres & styles. I also wanted to include music made by people I have some history with. Baltra, Bambounou, Fjaak, Route 8 or Kettama, to name a few (and a whole lotta more!). Expect a lot of hits! Slow jams, House, Techno, UK sound and more.

She is the co-founder of “What a Playground”, a collective she initiated alongside Lena Brecht, where they actively promote FLINTA* and BIPoC artists through the lens of house music, a genre historically cultivated by minority communities. Together, they host a regular radio show at Refuge Worldwide and curate events at venues like Fitzroy or Orangerie Neukölln, all while empowering diverse voices in the local music scene that we all cherish. Additionally, Josiane hosts a bi-monthly podcast titled “Private Paradise” on Komrad Radio — don’t forget to check it out!

Alfonsvs has been blurring the lines separating House from Techno for the past 12 years. 
 On his early days, he saw one of his tracks being chosen for a physical release on a compilation by the Portuguese label Extended Records, which saw the daylight in 2016.
 In 2017, after being the Portuguese artist hand-picked by Burn, the energy drink brand, for the now extinct Burn Residency program in Ibiza, he got the chance to travel and play around Europe with other artists from around the Globe, picked up by the Burn Residency panel, which was composed by Philipp Straub, Pete Tong, Luciano, Carl Cox, Seth Troxler and Loco Dice. The program consisted of several workshops, gigs in festivals such as Kappa FuturFestival and in iconic locations such as Space's Club Museum in Ibiza, at Ibiza Sonica Radio, at IMS, among others.
 Through the hands of Laurent Garnier, he released in 2019 on the enigmatic Cod3 Qr label, putting his name next to an incredible roster of artists, such as Agents of Time, Scan X, or even Laurent himself. 

The scene needs more people like Alfonsvs, a talented producer and DJ who can back themselves up as well as keeping their local scene going. Big up and supported the artist!
