Dive into the darkness,  where silent monsters roam,
Your heart will pound like thunder, in a cage made of chrome,
What madness brought me here, as my mind fills with dread,
Paralysed with fear, as water turns a shade of red.

Swimming with sharks, in the depths of despair,
Fins slicing through the murky water, I feel it’s eyes, it’s deathly stare. 

The chunks submerged in water, mixed up like a stew,
Feeding on the madness, and it’s hungry too,
With every slowing heartbeat, I ask myself why,
In this world of chaos, strength I must apply. 

Swimming with sharks, in the depths of despair,
Feel the terror of this danger, it’s more than I can bear.

With it's razor teeth and a cold black heart,
We dance in the darkness, ’till death do us part!

Thrown across the foam tipped waves, I whisper my final prayer,
Fins thrashing through the chaos, you will not back down,
We battle in this wicked playground, You’ll be the one to wear the crown!

Peer out the window,

Fearing what might happen,
in the middle of the night.

your heart is pounding in your chest.
Leave this place I wish I could,
In this dodgy neighbourhood.

I tune in the radio,
to hear the latest news.
Several local cases,
where bail was refused.
Toothless zombies walk the streets,
you never know who you might meet.
Alone at night they’ll beat you down,
on this sorry side of town.

They’ll threaten to kill you,
if you don’t comply.
Say they’ll put you in the ground,
with a bullet between your eyes.
You’ll hand them your wallet,
and tremble with fear,
You take your life in your own hands,
When you’re living here.
