At the beginning of the 2000s I worked with a publisher and producer to write a pop album for me and a good friend of mine.  The heavily orchestral overture to that project, Page One, never was completed as (what happens many times, I've come to learn) -- the backing dissappears.  Nonetheless, it's one of my earliest decent works.

Driving Rain *incomplete

My brother collaborate from time to time, so one day in the Summer of '11 we began this track.   As I went back to my education world, my brother worked and produced the next big section you hear (than what's new/different than what I posted many years ago)_   Super simple (in it's core melody/progression), yet it was so juxtaposed with a bigger meaning within its unfolding story.  I *maybe* developing a new (actual) ending, along with the blessing of 4 other writing projects. (:

I started this piece back in March of this year as an ancillary work to to many other writing projects I was deep into writing...  What evolved was a Beethoven-esque piece where the coda is nearly as long as the body of the work, and further develops the melody with new material(no less).  As a rondo, I tried to capture the myriad emotions during these difficult days.  Much love to a quarantine world.  The sheet music is free to print and play with the link below.
