You may know him from his residency at Open Source Radio where he has an audiovisual show working together with VJ’s, or from his appearances at BASIS, Balans and Planet Rose. His sound can be described as energetic, groovy and sexy while combining fresh productions with older ones from the ’90s & early 00’s.

For this weeks podcast, we invited one of our newest members of the BAUPLAN Agency team: Reich

He is a rising star in the scene with a passion for hypnotic and bleepy rhythms. With his tribal, hardgroove style, he aims on keeping the crowd moving trough finding a good balance between old and new records.

Reich's philosophy is simple: "As long as it feels sexy." He believes that music should be a visceral experience that moves people on a deep level. His goal is always to create an intimate and energetic atmosphere on the dancefloor.

With appearances at places like Planet Rose, Basis and Courtoisy he shows he is a force to reckon with in the techno scene.

After a long absence on the Mix Series due to summer and a lot of effort into our EP releases and raves, we are back! We bring you a rising star in the scene hailing from Nijmegen, NL by the name of Reich. He believes that music should be a visceral experience that moves people on a deep level. His goal is always to create an intimate and energetic atmosphere on the dancefloor. With a sound that can be described as hypnotic with bleepy rhythms he’s a great re-starter of the Mix Series!

As radio hosts, resident and programmer at Open Source Radio he contributes to the music scene in Nijmegen. His show at OSR is called Perceptual Disturbances, where he creates audiovisual journeys together with VJ’s. 

With his residency at Planet Rose and his appearances at Basis and Courtoisy he shows he is a force to reckon with in the techno scene.

My show at Open Source Radio is called Perceptual Disturbances. The most well-known disturbances of perception are hallucinations, which can be intrusive voices or other sounds. Seeing frightening images or distortions of images. Every episode I will creatie a musical and visual journey together with a talented VJ.
